Give us a brief description of Chloe Rose Design.
Chloe Rose is a weddings and events floral design studio specializing in elegant and airy garden-style designs for romantics. However, beyond beautiful flowers and special events, Chloe Rose is a dream come true. Chloe Rose symbolizes love, passion and authenticity. It proves that passion is worth following and dreams are worth chasing.
What are some of the challenges of being a florist and how have you overcome them?
I think one of the biggest challenges of being a florist is continually having to step out of my comfort zone. I'm a natural born introvert so being a florist pushes me to be more extroverted by meeting new people, to be less of a homebody and to put myself out there more online. I still struggle with stepping outside of my comfort zone from time to time, but I think my desire to share my passion for flowers helps me be more social. I get super excited whenever I talk about flowers and share the beautiful designs I create for clients and couples.
What advice encouraged you to become a part of the floral industry?
When I realized I was passionate about flowers I thought of starting my own business, but this was extremely terrifying. I was afraid that everything would go wrong and that I would fail before even starting. I struggled with a lack of self confidence and was not sure I had what it takes to be successful. However, my biggest supporter from the beginning, my boyfriend, encouraged me to take the leap. He told me that I'd never know if I didn't give it a try and how it's better to take a chance than to never try and always wonder “what if”. His belief in me gave me the confidence and courage to pursue my passion. I am forever thankful for his continuous support.
Are there any special events or holidays coming up that would be a good time to use Floraprima ranunculus and anemones?
To be honest, Floraprima’s ranunculus and anemones are good to use for any occasion. They're so beautiful and they make a statement as stand alone flowers or as a compliments to any flowers in any design.
What has been your experience working with Floraprima? What can you say to your peers in the industry?
Working with Floraprima has been a great experience. The flowers came securely packed in the box and were in great condition. They were all so beautiful and had a much longer lifespan than expected!
